I always knew I was different but I didn’t realize what a blessing that was growing up. I had a hard time forging relationships with women and coupled with a history of various trauma, I blinked and 37 years of my life went by, unfulfilled and unhealed. In 2016, through a life changing event, my spiritual journey began. But I didn’t have anyone to lean on… I was searching for my tribe, my people, my community. Fast forward, I put myself and my healing first and made major changes in my life to support and celebrate the new women I am.

I was the Type A Corporate America executive operating in her masculine. The woman who didn’t have time for herself because she filled everyone else’s cup. I learned to take back my life and my power and create a life that fills my cup and my soul purpose.

Giving that gift of healing and community to others is crucially important to me. I hope this is a springboard for others on their spiritual and healing journey.
